Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered! Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your item was delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
-Gift cards
-Personalized or custom-made items
-Final Sale items (clearly marked on the product page)
-Items damaged through customer misuse or wear and tear

The Return Process
1. To start a return, contact us at betterwithtomo@gmail.com.
2. If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
